Book Club: Events Coordinator

Hi, I am Jocelyn. I have been a member of the society since the start of this year. Unfortunately, I haven't been to events as often as I would like. However, I would like to offer myself as an event coordinator this year. My goal would be to organize extra events outside our usual schedule and collab with more different societies, and also host more events on days other than Monday.

Since my first Book Club I have loved the social aspect of the society more than anything else. For me the main reason I come each week is to have a lovely chat with other members of the society, whether that is about a book or simply how their day has gone! I would love to be events coordinator because I love organising activities and I think I could organise some great book themed events such as a book shop visits, poetry recitals or a good old fashioned book club themed pub crawl !!!
