I'm standing for inclusivity officer because I believe that it's incredibly important that boat club is as accessible as possible. Rowing tends to have certain stereotypes and is often associated with elitism so I believe it's crucial that as a society we make sure that these do not hold true. I'd like to continue the talks and discussions regarding diversity, inclusivity and equality but also have casual debates, where we can really think about important matters in a safe space and discuss how we can make small changes both in RUMSBC and in society.
