My time at UCL has certainly been a roller coaster of a ride - I've met many great people, made lots of friends, and sadly, even lost a few as time marches on and we go our separate ways.
Growing up, life has throw a mixture of blessing and challenges at me, not the least those regarding my own health, and that of those around me. I understand the need for a comforting environment where everyone can feel safe, and sometimes, even just another human being to listen. While LBL may be disconnected from this flowery image, I promise that as Welfare Officer, I will do my utmost to make LBS as safe and understanding as possible for all our members, no matter, religion, gender, colour, or creed.
As a Welfare Officer, I will be do my best to be there for you. While life may be fleeting, our memories of the present don't have to be, and I will try to make the time you spend here something you can look back fondly upon. I will make sure your voice is heard, and that you are not excluded in LBL.
