Nimirata Johal

Being part of the Bhangra society committee will give me the opportunity to employ new ideas and suggestions to further improve our society. This means that I will be heavily involved with organizing a great mix of events, socials and collaborations, other than weekly Bhangra classes. This can involve game nights, club nights and many more, which will provide something that everyone can enjoy and get involved with!
I was given the opportunity to be part of the Bhangra society team this year, where I was able to build on my bhangra skills as well as forming relationships with team members. This was an amazing experience to be a part of and I hope to help provide this same experience, if not better, to other students in the future!
