Basketball Club (Men's): 4th Team Captain

Hi everyone, my name is Togay Ata Gokalp and I would like to be your 4th team captain next year.

I believe that I would be a good fit as the 4th team captain as the team would be taking many players from the current social team, which I have been a part of this whole year. I have made many friends in social basketball this year by attending as many weeks as possible whilst watching each player’s strong points. Thus, I would have the capability to lead a team with many members from social baskets and new members as well.

Apart from that, I have played in a semi-professional team for 6 years back home, giving me the experience to work in a team and overcome challenges that occur. Moreover, having coached a younger team for training, I am aware of certain plays that would fit the strengths of a fourth team that would be created next year. Lastly, being in roles of leadership such as my high school’s vice president has given me organisational and people skills to keep the team running efficiently.
