I want to encourage more people to take up weightlifting and get involved! I've been weightlifting for several years now, competed in competitions and I am very committed to my training and sports in general. I'm always willing to help anyone feel more confident in the gym, and have completed my level 2 gym instructor course. I know I have only been a part of UCL Barbell for 1 year, however  I feeI can help grow the weightlifting squad, organise more competitions, and help coach others.
