Manas Kubal

My first year on the badminton team has been full of highs and lows and it is from the accumulation of all these experiences I have picked up a plethora of skills such as the importance of camaraderie and motivation to your teammates, tactics when deciding who should play what game as well as more specific techniques relating to the game itself. I would like to be captain to pass the skills I have learnt whilst integrating some of my own leadership techniques. My goals of captaincy are to try and get the team promoted for a consecutive year and continue the great work of my predecessor. I was a student of the game - now I want to be the professor.
