Hey everyone, as I'm sure most of you know I'm the current social secretary and welfare officer. If I am to be re-elected to my position next year, my priority will be to have our more prominent socials at the start of the year in order to incentivize member retention. This means some of our events such as white t-shirt night would be held earlier in the year so people could feel more bonded to the team. I also would like to create more variety in the events than I did this year. Though we tried different things like the beer pong socials this year, over time the socials could get dry as sometimes it felt the same week to week. I hope I have your vote, thanks!
