Theo Collingwood

I am standing for Vice-President of the Conservative Society at UCL because I am deeply committed to promoting conservative values and fostering a vibrant, inclusive community within our university. My dedication to this cause is rooted in my belief that our society should be a platform for open dialogue, intellectual growth, and active engagement with contemporary political issues. As a highly organised and proactive individual, I have a proven track record of effective leadership and event coordination, which I believe are crucial for the role of Vice-President.

My previous experience in organising successful events has equipped me with the skills necessary to plan and execute engaging social activities that will not only attract a diverse group of members but also strengthen the bonds within our community. Moreover, my strong communication skills enable me to effectively promote our events, ensuring high participation and fostering a sense of belonging among members.

As Vice-President, I will prioritise creating a dynamic calendar of events that includes speaker engagements, debates, social gatherings, and networking opportunities. My vision is to make the Conservative Society a hub of vibrant discussions and meaningful interactions. My passion for conservative principles, coupled with my organisational prowess and dedication to enhancing the social fabric of our society, makes me the best candidate for this role.
