Hi guys,
My name is Alex and I'm a 4th year Medical Student. Thorughout my time at Medical School I have developed an interest in Medicine in extreme environments. I have interests of practicing medicine in the forces and as such want to help develop the society and organise events which will encourage enthusiasm and interest in Wilderness Medicine. I have extensive experience of being on committee (Surgical Society) in the past and having to liaise with speakers, organise events and help to run the society. I look forward to bringing Wilderness Medicine to all students not just medics and make events accessible and fun.
As your Vice President I would work with and support the other committee members to fulfil their roles and be a friendly and approachable face for people with questions and interested in getting involved.
