Nastya Iegorova

My name is Nastya and I was born in Kyiv, where I have lived and spent the majority of my life. I would love to share my affection for Ukrainian traditions and heritage with the society members. 2022 has been difficult for every Ukrainian and I believe that being part of the committee this year, as the welfare officer, has allowed me to create a tiny, but very supportive family away from home. Not only have I enjoyed helping the committee to facilitate the communication between members and societies, but I have also made sure that with UCL.UA you all feel like as if you are at home. For this reason, I strive to continue creating the comfort & welcoming environment for every student that is captivated by Ukrainian culture through social, academic events and I aim to provide support to the members, therefore, I am applying for the welfare officer position.
