Ukrainian Society: Social Secretary

My name is Stefaniya, and I’m from Kharkiv. I believe firmly in taking opportunities and giving back to the community. UCL Ukrainian Society is my home away from home. I would like to become a social secretary, as I am a people’s person who likes to organise events that make people feel accepted, just as this society did for me this year. They also help facilitate networking, which is important in such a metropolitan city.

I would like to play an active role in helping create an environment for the exchange of knowledge and opinions, for like-minded people, who are passionate and want to find out more about Ukraine. Which is why I’m applying for a role of social secretary. Slava Ukraini! Slava Nacii!
