Togay Ata Gokalp

Hey everyone, my name is Togay Ata Gokalp and I want to be your next events manager.

I thoroughly enjoy organising events and have been doing so for the past 3 years. Some of the events I have organised in my high school and Cyprus were:

-EYP Cyprus days, a debate conference of over 200 attendees 
- Graduation ceremony for 150 students 

- Prom ceremony for 150 students and 100 family members

-Bake-sales for cancer research in Cyprus 

-EYP interschool debate housing over 300 participants

These experiences and many more have allowed me to see what is needed to organise an event smoothly which can be enjoyed by all attendees. I am planning on creating a timetable of events next year, starting from bonding events in freshers to fun club nights and speaker events. This will allow the society's events to be diverse and more inclusive for all members involved.
