Taylor Swift Society : Vice President

hi! my name is Claire, I'm running for the position of the Vice President. I am one of the co-founders of the Taylor Swift Society.

Having been part of the commitee this past year and helping with organizing various events behind the scenes has been a very rewarding experience for me, and I would like to continue to help with running this society !

I am very passionate about making this society the best that it can be as creating this society has been my dream since the moment I knew I would be studying at UCL.

As a Vice President I will always seek to make the TSS society a welcoming space full of like minded people for all of you !

Hi I’m Cap and I’m a second year biology student :). I’ve been obsessed with taylor for forever and I’m so glad we finally have somewhere to share our love of her at UCL! My favourite albums are Speak Now and Red (and I don’t accept any Stay Stay Stay slander!). I’ve met some great people through tss and I want to help people next year have as good of an experience as I have had! As vice-president I want to help organise more diverse events such as album listening parties (when she finally drops the new album!!!) and group trips to swiftogeddon! I can’t wait to see all of you at tss events next year and meet even more new people who share my love of taylor!

Hi Taylor Society members! I’m Miriam Gordon, a girl from Hong Kong who has been a long time swiftie since the Fearless (not Taylor’s version) era who has grown up on her music! I am running to be one of your Vice Presidents for Taylor Swift Society next year because I want to spread the swiftie gospel too all who will listen! As one of your VPs, I can: 

• bring an intense passion for Taylor Swift to the role. As someone who as attended several Swiftogeddons and Taylor Swift Societh events, I understand the London swiftie scene and have a strong sense of how to best serve you 
• as a leader for clubs prior to university, I’ve successfully organised unique events for fundraising, which are skills I can transfer to this role 
• Listen to YOU! by creating several accessible platforms through social media and email to make sure your ideas are incorporated into Taylor Swift Society events
