Dear fellow clubmen,

Being a member of UCL men's rugby has been an integral part of my university experience, I have felt welcomed and truly feel part of a family. This is why I feel compelled to apply for the role of Development sec so that I can have an active role in driving the growth of our club that I so truly love.

We can all agree that the club has steps that need to be taken for us to once again to be the premier sports club at UCL. This is my vision and I will work tirelessly from the shadows to ensure the clubs development goals are implemented by next years committee in the following ways:

- Expand on the great work that Nelith has done this year

- Use development to improve our relationship with the union

- Attain the gold award for development 

- Improve club culture, comms, recruitment and inclusivity

- Personal overseeing of Will Moore in scala, especially around freshers
