Real Estate Society: Welfare Officer

I would love to be part of the Real Estate society committee as a Welfare Officer because I want to talk to and get to know as many members as possible! I love socializing and networking, so I'll be a great fit for the position. Furthermore, I would like to make the meetings and events more inclusive and accommodating for all students. I'm eager to take part in the organization of talks and reach out to all members through social media or chat to them in real life!

I am running to be Welfare Officer of the UCL Real Estate Society as I have had worked with the society last year as president, allowing me to have existing knowledge and experience to succeed in this position. As a Welfare Officer, I will prioritise the welfare of all members and the committee, ensuring that there is a positive and welcoming atmosphere within the society. I will also help manage any conflicts that could arise, through effective communication and collaboration with the team.
