Pristina Adhikari

Hello and namaste- in case you don't know me (I'm pretty notorious tbh so ur loss), I'm Pristina (sometimes referred to as 'best/worst person to exist ever'), I study philosophy (automatically makes me cooler than like 90% Nepalis, sorry) and I'm here to save uclnepsoc (I'm so philanthropic and charitable). 

Why vote for me as treasurer?

- Firstly, I am well-acquainted with anyone who's anyone at uclnepsoc, because I'm super friendly and approachable (if you disagree, that's a you problem)- regulars or not. 

- Secondly, I have a notion budget tracker where I've kept track of my finances since the start of uni. I can show you if you want, just ask<3

- Thirdly, as a philosophy student I like to critically engage with the prices for each of our events and analyse the RoR to see whether that £5 was well spent or not.

What does this mean for you?

Put all this together, and it's simple:

- I will increase membership and regular attendance by bringing new and old faces together for future events.

- I will keep track of the finances diligently and responsibly.

- I will always make sure events are priced as reasonably and affordably as possible. 

Proposals:

uclnepsoc is a stinky lame boys club. Let's change that.

- I plan to hold a girls' social before the end of this year and to continue holding more of these in the next academic year.

- More fun events! I'm running out of space but ask me about my ideas, I have loads.

- More collabs with qm, lse, kings, imperial etc.
