Music Society: String Orchestra Manager

Having been involved in 7 concerts organised by the Music Society in various ensembles for the last 2 terms, it goes without saying that I have thoroughly enjoyed the music making at UCL. Having spoken to and made friends with many of the current (and fellow candidates of the future) committee, I have learnt of the challenges the Music Society has faced this year and also what could be done going forward, such as closer collaboration of socials between ensembles.

Being the principal cellist in Symphony Orchestra and String Orchestra, I would love to see a greater mixing of the music society as a whole and also be involved with the day to day running String Orchestra, of which I feel greatly honoured to have been a member of for my first year at UCL!
