Evelyn L Nguyen

I want to become a treasurer for Kinesis Magazine to help the budget to be used more effectively, allowing society members to be able to engage in more activities and as a result achieving a better experience. I will fully devote my skills to the society if I am sucessfully nominated. 

- Communication skills and interpersonal skills: My written communication skill has been improved through working as an editor for Kinesis magazine. In addition, I improved my verbal communication through volunteering as a mentor for Year 9 students. As a result, I will be able to apply these skills to negotiate and secure good finance for the society. 

- Numeracy and data analysis skills: This would stem from my personal experience utilising Excel to control personal spending, and I am very confident at it thus I believe I can help maximising the benefits of the budget.
