I’m passionate about Futsal and would enjoy having a leadership role so that I can impose my own ways to improve the team and hopefully make the club more successful. I will consistently be at training sessions, and find ways we can have variety in these practices whilst implementing plays and situations that will help us in games. For ex/ going over corners, free kicks etc. I think having a few set plays could make the difference to win both the league and the cup. I would also like to be as democratic as I can be with other 1s players when it comes to selecting new players and picking line - ups etc. Ultimately I just want us to hit the potential that we missed this year and get promoted.
