Dutch and Flemish Society: Vice-President

Hi everyone, my name is Wedde and I'm a second-year BA History, Politics and Economics student running for the position of Vice President. 

If elected, I will:

• Focus on organising in-person events to celebrate Dutch and Belgian national holidays (such as King's Day and Sinterklaas);
• Host joint events with other UCL societies;
• Host joint events with Dutch and Flemish societies at other London universities;
• Organise events with the Dutch and Belgian embassies;
• Continue the regular coffee hours and introduce regular 'borrels'. 
• Fully set up language classes (if the demand is there); 
• In collaboration with the President ensure the smooth running of the society.

Hallo allemaal, mijn naam is Wedde en ik ben een tweede jaars BA History, Politics and Economics student. Ik stel me verkiesbaar als Vice President. 

Als ik verkozen wordt, zou ik:

• Fysieke evenenmenten organiseren voor Nederlandse en Belgische nationale feestdagen (zoals Koningsdag en Sinterklaas);
• Evenenmenten organiseren met andere UCL societies;
• Evenenmenten organiseren met Nederlandse en Vlaamse societies van andere Londense universiteiten;
• Evenenmenten organiseren met de Nederlandse en Belgische ambassades;
• De regelmatige koffieuurtjes voorzetten en regelmatige borrels introduceren;
• Nederlandse taallessen volledig opzetten;
• In samenwerking met the President voor het goede verloop van de verenging zorgen.
