Hi everyone, I’m Nidhi, a first-year Physics student, and I’d love to be your Welfare Officer for Women in STEM next year.

Starting university and studying a STEM degree can be incredibly overwhelming at times, whether that’s workload stress, imposter syndrome, burnout, or feeling out of place in a demanding environment. I know how easy it is to feel like you have to handle everything alone, especially in subjects that can feel intimidating or isolating.

I want welfare in the society to be a safe space for everyone and I hope I can provide that. Thankyou!
