Xuanchen Pan

Hi, I'm Xuanchen and this is my second time standing for Recreational Sec. I've loved my time with UCL squash, and running social squash sessions has been such a highlight for me. There's nothing better than seeing more people joining squash, enjoying the time at the sessions, and improving so much throughout the year. Because of this, I would like to make sure social squash stays the friendly, pressure-free space it has been for next year as well. In addition, I would love to see a mixture of different levels at the sessions and maybe some casual socials afterwards to make the club more connected.

Anna Sitsapesan

I've been a member of social squash for the past three years and have really enjoyed being able to play and meet everyone who comes. It has been particularly fun this term as we have organised trips to the pub post-social squash and I hope to continue this next year as well as including non-alcoholic hangouts. I'm friendly, enthusiastic, and love to get to know new squash club members and believe I'd be a great fit for the role of recreational officer.

Aryan Bardeja

As a relatively new member of the squash society, I understand the struggle of getting used to a new community, as well as how valued the social sessions are for squash enthusiasts. As a once competitive player, I  prevent getting rusty by playing squash recreationally and understand how others may want to do the same. Furthermore, having been trained professionally, I can help inform beginners about basic form and technique, growing the society further.
