Omer Berksan

I’m stepping up for the team captain position because I care deeply about this squad and the culture we build together. I’ve played team sports for the better part of my life, and I know that a strong team requires balancing a competitive drive with a genuinely supportive and inclusive environment. My goal is to keep morale high and support improvements in technical and tactical performance during training. To me, leadership means making objective and transparent decisions about team selection to ensure both competitive success and equal opportunity. I would be incredibly proud to be the captain of this team and represent my school in the best possible way.
