I have loved my first year at UCNC, including Saturday fitness sessions (I even went when it was cancelled). Alongside playing for the 1s this year, I’ve also played for London Mavericks NXT GEN team and in the National Premier League over the past two years. Through this I have taken part in many pre season programs, fitness sessions and testing. I know the importance of fitness in netball and would love the opportunity to run fun and netball specific fitness sessions to help with the 1s and 2s performance.
