I am standing for President of the UCL Aikido Club because I want to continue the positive and welcoming environment that the previous committee worked so hard to create. They built a club where members could enjoy training, support one another, and grow both on and off the mat, and I would be proud to follow in their footsteps.

I want to support everyone throughout their training journeys, regardless of experience level, by helping maintain an atmosphere where beginners feel encouraged and experienced members feel motivated to keep progressing. As President, I would work hard to strengthen the club’s sense of community, and ensure that everyone feels included and supported.

I am committed to carrying forward the values and spirit that have made the club such a positive place, while continuing to help it grow and thrive.
