Nepalese Society: Welfare Officer

I'm running to be the next Welfare Officer because I am excited as well as passionate to be more involved within the committee next year in planning the upcoming events, and also get to know all existing and new members better. I feel as though I would be a good fit for the role as I am an approachable person who is willing to actively listen to any concern or feedback and ensure they are implemented in the future and that the well-being and safeguarding of the committee members are maintained and supported whether through conflict resolution or through simply providing advice. My various roles as Head Girl, house prefect of a girl's boarding house and target law mentor have collectively given me the necessary experience to ensure I am able to be there as a support system for members of my community.
