Election post
This year, as a model I experienced being a part of MODO: being in a wholesome community and a place where I was able to explore myself more, be it through fashion or becoming confident in my walk.
As the treasurer, I will ensure a smooth functioning of the society’s events and its budget allocation. I promise to ensure that the society would continue to organise events in an efficient manner, and I will give it my 110% for the Annual Fashion Show. For all this, I will submit forms and grants to the SU well before the deadline.
Being an economics student, I have a clear understanding of the financial acumen required for the role of treasurer. I am a detail-oriented person which helps me be precise with calculations and record keeping- both of which are important for the functioning of the society.
TLDR:
- Efficient at filling forms and will submit them to the SU before deadlines
- Will give my 110% for the Fashion Show
- Good at financial management and strategic budgeting (I study econ)
In conclusion, as the treasurer for MODO I promise to ensure a smooth functioning of all events, timely submission of grants to the SU and keep consistent with MODO’s reputation of having an impeccable Fashion Show.
