Medical Society: Secretary

My name is Udaiveer Parihar, and I am standing for Secretary of the UCL Medical Society. With a strong commitment to organisation, clarity, and communication, I aim to support the society’s core functions and ensure its smooth operation.

My Goals:

• Streamlined Communication: I will ensure timely and professional circulation of meeting agendas, minutes, and society updates to keep all members well-informed and engaged.
• Efficient Record-Keeping: I will maintain accurate records of meetings, decisions, and society activities to ensure transparency and continuity.
• Administrative Support for Events: I will work closely with the committee to coordinate logistics and ensure documentation is clear, structured, and accessible.
• Member Engagement: I will help deliver regular newsletters and updates to enhance involvement and awareness across all years of study.
• Compliance and Governance: I will ensure the society’s administrative practices align with UCL and SU policies, upholding integrity and accountability.

I bring a methodical approach and a proactive mindset to this role. I believe that strong administration is the foundation of a thriving society. I would be honoured to contribute to MedSoc’s continued success as your Secretary.
