Gliding Club: Senior Advisor

I am pleased to nominate myself for the position of Senior Advisor of the Gliding Club. Over the past three years, I have been an active and dedicated member of the club, including serving as Event Coordinator, during which I successfully organized several major events and authored the New Member Guidance to enhance the onboarding experience. In addition to supporting daily operations, I have taken an active role in mentoring new members and contributing to a collaborative and safety-conscious environment. As I will be serving as Vice President in the upcoming academic year, I am well-positioned to provide continuity and strategic insight in the advisory role. I am particularly committed to supporting the club’s key initiatives, including refining the membership system to optimize resource and slot allocation, enhancing communication channels to improve member engagement, and assisting in the progress of long-term development plans such as upgrade of glider. I am confident that my experience and dedication will allow me to contribute meaningfully to the club’s continued success.
