European Society: President

I would be delighted to take on the role as President!
Since the start of my degree, I have met so many people who come from places from all over Europe. I have really felt at home building rapports across all European nationalities. Some of them have become trusted friends and an important part of my network. Fostering cross-cultural connections has been really exciting for me and I believe the European Society provides so much value by organising opportunities to come together to celebrate culture. I would be motivated to oversee the committee to help make these events a possibility for everyone. 

I believe I could organise the committee and delegate necessary tasks equally. I would make sure all decisions are thoughtful and precise in the committee meetings. I would be happy to be cultivate a warm teamwork spirit. I will allocate appropriate time and energy so that resources are sufficient as I believe I am flexible with time management and thereby can contribute to the committee consistently and effectively. 

Being a French and Italian student and a lover of diversity, I will be motivated and ambitious in this role to support the team and members, delight in making new connections, keep improving my skill-set and take on a leadership role with an optimistic, open mind. I consider London the perfect place to bring people together to celebrate language, culture and community. I would be excited to represent these values. I look forward to developing projects in a team!
