My Vision:
Enhanced Social Media Presence
• More regular updates across Instagram to showcase training, races, and social events, helping to grow our following.
• Continuing with engaging content such as spotlights, race reports, and interactive posts.
• Expanding further into TikTok.
• Working closely with fundraising and the secretary to ensure all key information is posted timely and effectively.
Showcasing Our Achievements
• Live updates on race days to keep members, alumni, and supporters in the loop.
• Monthly highlights and behind-the-scenes content to celebrate our club’s successes.
Recruitment & Growth
• Maintaining post frequency over summer to attract as many freshers as possible.
• Ensuring taster sessions (Freshers’ Day at the river, etc.) are promoted effectively.
• Balancing content between the sporting and social sides so prospective members get a true feel for RUMSBC.
