David Phillips

Heyya! My name is David and I am a 2nd year studying Biomedical Sciences.

As Social Session Captain, my main priorities would be organisation, participation and fun! I will support the President in the planning and running of our weekly sessions. I will be making sure that the number of people on each table is roughly equal so that everyone is getting a chance to play, and encouraging people to get involved! From my past table tennis experience, I would also be able to give suggestions on activities and drills that members can try at a variety of different levels, whether you’re looking to have a relaxed rallying session or are looking to improve specific parts of your table tennis game. I will also be available both during and outside of the session times for questions about table tennis and the club, whatever they may be :).
