I am enthusiastic about running for the position of Events Manager due to its inherent rewards and significant impact on our department. My commitment to event organization is evident in my recent involvement in the society, where I played a pivotal role in coordinating the Bowling Social at Bloomsbury Lanes earlier this term. During this event, I took charge of crucial responsibilities, such as contacting the venue, managing ticket sales, and ensuring the seamless execution of the event. I have already started to initiate discussions with the Society's President, Sheheryaar Baber, to plan the upcoming Pharmacy Ball. My active participation in organizing various society events has equipped me with the necessary skills and insights to excel in the role of Events Manager. By officially applying for this position, I aim to build upon my past contributions, and continue fostering memorable experiences for our society.
