The Female Lead Society: Head of Mental Health and Disability

 During the pandemic i went into depression and many people dint really understand what was going on with me or what exactly does a panic attack mean and that is when i was sure that i needed to do something in order to spread the awareness. If u are not at peace mentally nothing seems right and i know how it feels so that is the reason i am standing for this election so that along with the like minded people like me we all can bring about a change in this world. So many people even today are not okay with talking about this topic but a change is must and with the events we host through this club i will make sure that people feel safe and comfortable and supported while talking on these topics. Many of us go through events that shake us up completely and it get’s really hard for us to get over it but opening up about our emotions is essential, the more we keep things inside our minds the more stressed we get and as we all know that stress is not good for our over all health in order to do this it is essential that we create a safe space for such discussions. Through such societies we can help each other out. If i get elected i will make sure that every and each member of this society will feel supported and make sure that each event that takes place will spread more and more awareness regarding mental health.
