Dodgeball Club: Men's Captain

 I am Yusuke Sueyoshi, a second-year student studying Urban Planning. I have experienced my first year of competitive dodgeball last year in this society, and I had a very good time and would like to contribute to the society as a men's captain this year.  I am suitable for this position in terms of responsibility, and leadership skills. 

 In my first year of senior high school in Japan, I was elected as vice-captain of my baseball club team. There were many struggles during the period, but I managed to accomplish my job as vice-captain for a year. From this experience, I learned the importance of responsibility and this helped me to become a more responsible person. 

 In junior high school, 1 year of experience being a captain of the baseball club team and a year as president of the student council, allowed me to face many challenges but at the same time, it gave me a great opportunity to ripen my leadership skills.  

 From one year of experience in the dodgeball society, I felt there is a mental boundary between social dodgeball and competitive dodgeball. If I become a captain, I want to lower the boundary and give more chances for social dodgeball members to try the competitive session to make society more vibrant.
