Connect.ed Society: Research Mentorship Programme Officer

Hi! I’m Sophie, a Year 1 Education student, and I’m running for Research Mentorship Programme officer because I want to help foster a network of people passionate about lifelong learning. As someone interested in academic research, I’m so excited for the research mentorship programme and its possibilities. I hope I can translate that excitement and put it into action, where I can help Connect.Ed coordinate the programme, connect people together and support the UCL student body in accessing further research opportunities and academic exploration as both mentees and mentors. I am confident that my passion for research, dedication to the cause and desire to bring about change will enable me to fulfil the duties of a RMP officer to the best of my abilities. Thank you! :)
