Communication Society: Treasurer

I’m standing because I believe I am well placed to take on the responsibilities associated with the role of treasurer. As treasurer, I would ensure the responsible and sensible use of the society’s funds. I would do whatever is in my power to allow the communication society to thrive, making members feel welcome and comfortable in an environment offering both personal challenges and growth. I have been a part of the committee for a year now and I know how we roll; I know the ins and outs of planning workshops, socials and intercollegiate events. I know the committee, and most importantly, I’m involved. I invest time and energy, but also enthusiasm into the society because I believe in its mission. I am responsible, understanding and here to communicate. I am prepared for the responsibilities of the treasurer and aim to carry them out to the best of my abilities.
