At the beginning of the term, I took the initiative to address a noticeable gap within our program. With a friend and our program director, I organized a program-specific get-together. 

During this event, we recognized the advantages of fostering a relaxed and informal atmosphere that encourages students and faculty members within the program to interact more comfortably and get to know each other better - especially beneficial in transitioning Y1 students into the program.

I am enthusiastic to extend beyond our program and into the broader faculty with the aim of enhancing engagement and communication among students, faculty, and staff.I believe that by bringing everyone together in a more relaxed and social setting, we can strengthen the sense of community and collaboration within our school.

In addition, I am currently working on building a dynamic demo website for the Bartlett Bulletin, seamlessly bridging the information gap between faculty members and students! 

With practical knowledge of our faculty, leadership experience, global perspectives, and a strong commitment to neurodivergence/mental health and LGBTQIA+ awareness,I bring a well-rounded skill set to the table.I hope to cultivate an atmosphere that promotes active engagement with faculty and the student body to collaboratively forge an educationally equitable, inclusive, and supportive environment.I aim to foster a sense of belonging and inclusion for all students, regardless of their background or identity.
