Rare FM: Head of Design (UnCL)

Hello! I'm Ella and I am in my final year at UCL. I have been at Rare since my first year and it only feels right to end my UCL journey at Rare. 

I was a part of the design team that brought back UNcL to life. Producing issue 1 felt like giving birth to my first child. Every colour, paragraph spacing and image size was a labour of love; pedantic but so rewarding that I did a page design for issue 2, despite being across the Atlantic on a year abroad. During my year abroad, I was also  involved with UChicago's Rare equivalent; firebird magazine, doing page designs for two issues and writing articles on music. 

I want to take what i have learnt at UChicago, and throughout the years at Rare to make the coming issues of UNCL the best ones yet! This year I will bring more structure and templates to make the design more efficient and fun! I was on Rare committee as Treasurer in my second year and I am so excited to join again!
