Yue Jin

Hello everyone, I’m Yue (also known as Kim), a third-year UCL student passionate about art, aesthetics, and visual storytelling. My interest in aesthetics started from a young age. I’ve always been drawn to capturing beauty and emotions in everyday life. Over the years, I’ve developed strong intuition and a clear visual sense, which guide my work in both photography and film.

I have experience in the photography and filmmaking industry, currently curating the social media page for a short film project. This role has helped me gain hands-on experience in visual curation, image selection, and creating cohesive narratives through visual content.

As an Exhibition Officer, I hope to bring my creative eye and organizational skills to help our members showcase their unique perspectives. I believe every photographer has their own way of seeing the world, and exhibitions are a powerful way to connect people through images. My goal is to curate meaningful, engaging exhibitions that reflect the diversity, creativity, and spirit of UCL’s photography community, to let more people see the beauty of our members’ work and stories.
