Natural Sciences Society: First Year Representative

I'm nominating myself as a First Year Representative for a few reasons.

I've enjoyed the events hosted by this society and met really amazing people that I didn't have the chance to talk to in lectures. Natsci is an extremely versatile degree therefore a lot of people in the course actually takes completely different modules with other people, meaning there is less of a connection / chance to build tight-knit relationships with different people in the course even if you wanted to. This society is one of the main bridges / opportunities for that, and I am interested in contributing to that cause as I really want to get to know more people in the course lmao

I also come from an international background and have a wide range of academic and extracurricular interests so I think I 'd get along with most people
