My name is Mia and im really excited to run for Communication Officer of the Moroccan Studies Society!
Having grown up in Morocco, I’ve always been surrounded by its colours, languages, traditions, and that special mix of warmth and creativity that defines our culture. Being in my first year at UCL, I genuinely want to share that spirit from the sound of gnawa music to the smell of mint tea, from our history to our humour.
I believe communication isn’t just about posting updates it’s about creating bridges between people. I’d love to make our society’s social media and events a space where everyone, Moroccan or not, can discover, connect, and celebrate our culture together.
So if you’d like more energy, more creativity, and a touch of Moroccan sunshine in our society’s communication, I’d be thrilled to be your next Comms Officer 🌞🇲🇦
