Golf has been an important part of my life for years, teaching me patience, focus, and integrity. Joining the UCL Golf Club has been one of the most rewarding parts of my university experience, helping me improve my game and connect with a supportive community that shares the same passion.

I’m applying for the Welfare Officer position because I genuinely care about the well-being and experience of every member. I consider myself a responsible and empathetic person that always ready to listen and help during training and socials when needed.

As Welfare Officer, I will work closely with the president and committee to ensure all events run safely and smoothly. I’m also keen to organise welfare-focused activities that bring members together and create a positive club atmosphere. By maintaining open communication and responding quickly to any concerns, I hope to make everyone feel comfortable, supported, and valued.

Ultimately, I want to give back to the club that has given me so much joy by helping to build a safe, inclusive, and welcoming environment—both on and off the course.
