Upon participating in the Global EA intro course and various other EA programs, I really appreciate how EA is such a large community with everyone sharing a goal improving the world, and I would love to contribute to growing the community further, starting with working with the UCL community through marketing. Being a course rep for my course throughout my 3 years of uni, as well as a transition mentor and welcome ambassador, has enhanced my communication and listening skills, which are crucial to marketing.
I've also worked with other similar global communities like 7Cups, an online platform aimed at improving people’s mental health and wellbeing, where I honed my creativity and content development skills as I collaborated with other members in writing for the 7Cups blog . I've always enjoyed being in communities aimed at making a difference in the world so I'm really looking forward to this opportunity!
