Cricket Club (Women's): Vice-President

I would love to be the vice-president of the women's cricket club. I have been playing cricket since I was 7 years old, and when I began, women's cricket was nowhere near as prominent as it is today. My goal would be to foster a welcoming environment where the women are encouraged to join the club and develop their skills to play competitively. I joined the club in my first year, and really enjoyed the community, and especially had fun winning the varsity in summer term. I would like to start initiatives for fundraising so we the club could book more training sessions at Lords and even some fielding or match play practice. I will work closely with the President to make these ideas materialise.
