Competition has always been where I feel most alive — where ideas, logic, and teamwork collide under pressure. That’s exactly why I’m standing for First Year Representative (Competitions) at UCL Business Society.
In the past few years, I have been in many national business pitch competitions and always placed within the top ranks. From these experiences, I learned how to dissect issues at pace, develop compelling answers and deliver results in short timelines. I have experience working with teams of all types and sizes, balancing opposing viewpoints and finding the balance between creativity and strategy - skills that translate seamlessly to running large competitions such as Business society's flagship event - DECA Case championship and other competitions like AmplifyMe.
I don't just love to compete, but I also love making chances for others to compete. I want to help plan events that push people, get them working together, and give them that same great feeling I get on competition day. I'm driven, organised, and love to win, so I'll be sure our team is the best this year and gets everyone involved.
