I am standing because I have built experiences through drills, games, score keeping and more, and I'm ready to take on the leadership role. I want to help sharpen other players' skills while continuing to develop my own in both game and leadership.
I’m running for LUSL Basketball Team Captain because I care deeply about building a team culture that’s supportive, committed, and connected. I believe great basketball isn’t just about skill but also trust and communication.
I bring strong leadership energy on and off the court: encouraging teammates, keeping morale high, and ensuring everyone feels valued and motivated to improve. I’m committed to making our practices purposeful and our games unified, so we play not just as individuals, but as a team with one mindset.
As your Captain I’d help us push our limits this season. I’d focus on playing smarter, training harder, but most importantly enjoying the game together.
