From my few weeks on the UCL emperors, I have noted the importance of equipment and how complex organising it is for both individual players and the team as a whole. I´m standing because I believe I could efficiently and effectively organise equipment for the team, but also because I welcome an opportunity to present my ability to take on responsibility for the team off the field, in a way that I also aim to do on the field. Additionally, due to being in the same position group as Rupert, the current welfare officer with whom I would work with if I got this role, I would be able to come to grips with the role quicker as I would be getting my explanations from someone whom I already have already learnt a lot from in the field.
I´ve really enjoyed the brief time I´ve had on the team, and I think equipment is an area where I could help out this year and give back to the team community that makes being a part of the UCL emperors so enjoyable. I will also drink as many shots as votes I get in the next social, so please consider voting for me. Go bills. Thank you.
I am standing as Equipment Officer, as I believe well maintained equipment that has been accounted for is vital to the safety of our members; we make and take big hits so require strong protections to keep us going!
I'm standing because I think equipment officer is a very impactful and rewarding role, and one with opportunity to help the team most.
I dont necessarily have experience in similar roles prior, but I'm willing to lug stuff around and I'm a fairly organised person. I'll manage inventory well, help with issues people have, and try to do the best I can for the club and my teammates.
