The people of Gaza and Palestine have taught us the true meanings of resilience and courage. And it’s these lessons we must carry with us at every step of our student lives. I believe taking these lessons and using them to foster a supportive and inclusive environment is essential within our society. As the official interim welfare officer for SJP, I’ve been given a first-hand insight into the unique needs of our society and I’m eager to further develop welfare initiatives.
